At BigRod Outdoors, we stand behind the products we sell. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging (when applicable)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items like clearance gear, gift cards, or custom orders may be final sale. We’ll note that clearly on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged, broken, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gear arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right, fast.
